Management has decided that they want FSA in Ops in SJC. They also decided to consider Ops a "duty assignment" which is allowable under the Contract.

Please read all information attached here...........there are some details you need to be aware of if you are considering a move into Ops.

Most important - it is a 1 year lock in, there are ways to get out but there must be a vacancy to do so.....the other important thing to know is that Vacation will be bid within the Ops duty assignment (probably only 1 slot will be offered each week)
