Oregon Sick Leave Policy

You are eligible under state law to use up to 40 hours of sick leave to care for yourself or family members. You may take this leave in full day or one hour increments.......use of this leave is non-chargeable under the American Airlines attendance policy (no points).

If you do not have 40 hours of sick bank, the Company will advance you the hours and you will re-pay the following year.
