There is a new TSA requirement for all employees in all locations to update your citizenship status, even if nothing has changed or you think they have the info already. Just take these quick simple steps before August 5, 2022 to update.
Log on to Jetnet, Team Member Services, and Update my Information…..there are many options of what to update, the TSA is wants the “place of birth and country of citizenship”. Open that section and you will see a little pencil icon next to Personal Information, click on that icon and use the drop-down menu to update the fields and then click save.
While you’re putting in the citizenship information it’s a good idea to check your other information as well, you might have changes there to update.
Remember, the Company does not share this personal information, that includes with the Union. If you are updating your mailing address be sure to update that info with the Union too, you can email your new or different mailing address to: twulocal505@gmail.com, please use “member address update” in the subject line.
