Late today, 01.29.20, the Association and Company have reached an "AIP" (aggreement in principle) for our Contracts.
Please read the attached Update and highlights for both Fleet, Mechanics, Stores, and other groups. These highlights are merely that - highlights; over the course of the next several weeks more detailed information will be coming out once the "page turning" is complete.
Rest assured that you will have time to read the entire book, and ask direct questions in a Road Show format. Dates are still yet to be determined but I will inform you of them as I get the information.
This is all very exciting and something we all have been working towards for the past 4.5 years.....there is a lot of pieces that still need to fall into place.....you will be updated as to release date of full text to you and detailed instructions on the voting process.
