Something to look forward to is coming your way next month !
As those who were working will remember back to October 2024 … that’s when we voted on, and passed, the Association Contract Extension and Wage Increase.
This vote yielded no changes to our current JCBA other than extending the amendable date (March 26, 2025) by 2 years and implementing a wage increase. The effective date of this agreement was January 1, 2025.
With January right around the corner, we are set to receive our annual wage increase. The extension provided that the wage increase be effective on the first Monday after effective date. 2026 will be “Effective Date +12” as seen on chart and will begin as new wage on January 5, 2026.
Crew Chief premiums and shift differentials will remain the same and will be added to the chart rate.
All Association Members will receive this base pay increase. Those still progressing through the pay scale steps (YOS) will continue to do so on your hiring date anniversary in addition to the base increase.
