2026 Benefits Enrollment is coming soon - dates to watch for:

October 22, 2025 - Company rollout of choices and costs (Jetnet and USPS)

November 3, 2025 - Enrollment window opens

November 9, 2025 - SFO on-site Benefit Fair

November 19, 2025 - Enrollment window closes

Like every year there will be increases in out-of-paycheck premiums. The approximate increase for Medical Coverage is 8 - 17 %; Dental 6%; Vision 8%. There will be supplemental offerings including Long Term Disability, Legal, Pet, and Hospitalization coverages.

Read through the plans and make informed choices ...... SFO employees will enjoy the premium free and premium reduced options on some of the plans.

If you make no choices - your coverage will remain with your 2025 plans, except any HSA deductions will be dropped.
