The Operation Agents Bid will be conducted through Bidding Hub:
Timeline: Seniority Roster with bid times - October 19th
Bid Selections go live - October 19th
Bidding Concludes/Awards - October 26th
Bid Starts - November 9th
Please make sure you have taken the lessons on Bidding Hub in your online Learning Hub classes. This is the first time we will do the electronic bidding, hopefully it will go smoothly - the Union will be monitoring the process, if there are failures or Members harmed we will take any action necessary to remedy the inequities.
The bid will be "live" which allows you many options - you can pre-set your choices, list preferences before hand (like a proxy) or you can wait and bid at your scheduled time. If you set preferences you will always have the ability at your scheduled time to make a change. You may also set up for a text notification to remind you 15 minutes prior to your scheduled bid time. Each Member will be aloted 10 minutes to make selections - Ramp bid starts at 0800 and ends at 1715; your time will be in bidding hub avaiable to view there.
