JANUARY 4th IS ALMOST HERE !!
January 4th is the Covid vaccination or exemption deadline……check your vaccination status now.
Log on to Workbrain (wb.etm.aa.com); at the top of the homepage, you will see:
REMINDER: All U.S. Domestic based team members are required to submit proof of vaccination by Jan. 04, 2022, as required by the federal vaccine mandate.Submitting your proof of vaccination is easy, simply go to aa.com/vaccinestatus and upload your document.
This banner is in red typeface, you can click on the highlight link (aa.com/vaccinestatus) to check that your vaccination card went in or download your card through this site too. If you have submitted your card, a message will come on the screen stating that you have submitted.
If you do not get that message, try re-submitting your card and then try again after an hour or so. If you still are having issues with not getting a confirmation on WB or in your aa.com email, reach out to:

For Members who are requesting an accommodation for medical disability or a sincerely held religious belief you need to make that request no later than January 4, 2022. Go to; aa.com/accommodations and follow the directions there.
If you have filed for an accommodation and have not heard back as to granted or denied, you will remain active status and can continue working after January 4, 2022, while your request is being reviewed. Members working at SFO will have to rapid Covid test weekly with the airport to continue working during the review process.
Check work bulletin boards, Local 505 website and phone app, and Jetnet often - this is all very fluid; decisions, and information comes quickly.
