Bidding on and being awarded any TOW Lines will mean:
1 (one) year lock onto TOW TEAM (until crossover bid in October 2026)
Swap on / off only with TOW qualified FSA or CC (either in TOW or RAMP Duty Assignment)
TOW Overtime will be proffered within TOW Duty Assignment first, then to TOW qualified RAMP FSA and/or CC
RAMP Overtime will be proffered within RAMP Duty Assignment first, then to TOW Agents and/or CC
No change to Vacation Bidding or Awards
OPEN TIME LINES #74 and #75 are dedicated to TOW Duty Assignment (above applies)
Shift Bids for the next calendar year will be separate for Ramp Duty Assignment and TOW Duty Assignment - November Bid in 2026 will be a "crossover bid" which will allow movement between the two duty assignments.
