Centralized Timekeeping is here !
Timekeeping has moved from Local Admin to a central team in DFW as of July 22, 2025. Some types of coding will still be entered locally, and certain codes can also be adjusted in your station.
The Local coding includes Bereavement, Union Business, and COMP – we do not have a complete list and codes may vary from station to station.
What’s important to you is that you continue to enter any exceptions day of or as soon as possible. The exceptions need to be in quickly because after you do your entry, the CSM still must approve before it goes off to central timekeeping. Get those exceptions in so you don’t have to wait an additional pay cycle to get your correct pay.
Absences are still to be reported in My Time and Exceptions in Workbrain.
