PAY STATEMENT CHANGES
There will be changes to what your pay stub looks like starting October 15th.
1. Line items in the Earnings section will be sorted with Retro pay period earnings displayed first, followed
by Current period earnings. Line items with year-to-date values only will appear last.
2. Your AA ID will move to the same line as your name at the top of your statement.
3. The label for vacation and sick time will change from Leave Balance to Available.
4. The Taxes and After-Tax Deductions boxes will move below the Pre-Tax Deduction box.
5. The Overpayments section now spans the entire width of the pay statement.
6. Taxable Earnings will move below Overpayments.
7. Employer Paid Benefits will be renamed to Additional Information to align across all workgroups.
Your checks issued before October 15th will not change appearance, this is for checks issued after Oct 15th.
