SFO COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED - UPDATE HOW TO 09.29.21 HIPAA RIGHTS 10.01.21 UPDATE

SFOIA AOB (Airport Operations Bulletin) September 20, 2021
The airport (SFO) will be requiring all employees be vaccinated against Covid 19. Below is excerpt from the AOB, the full bulletin and FAQ are attached for you to read.
“To inhibit the spread of COVID-19 and to support the safety of the Airport facility and its business community, all tenant on-site personnel must be vaccinated or comply with the testing requirement as provided in this AOB.”
“Each tenant or contractor must immediately require all on-site personnel to befully vaccinated. The tenant or contractor may grant exemptions from thevaccination requirement only for either (1) medical disability or (2) sincerely heldreligious belief. For those employees granted an exemption, the tenant orcontractor must establish a protocol for COVID-19 testing and reporting. At aminimum, a COVID-19 test must be administered and reported to the employeron a weekly basis.”
