Open and vacated Ramp vacation weeks are now posted. Deadline to put in for any of these weeks is March 8, 2021. Bid is by proxy only; place AOI in bid box by 0700. Name, employee number, Company Seniority date, and week(s) you will relinquish must be on the form.
The JCBA Article 23 (O) has provision that the Company will offer, at least once a quarter, vacation periods that are or have become avaiable.
The awards will be by Company Seniority within your Classification and Status. Relenquished weeks will apear on next quarters' bid.
Because Operations is no longer a duty assignment, Members who orginally bid in that group will maintain the weeks that they had bid, but can now bid on any open or vacant Full Time weeks. Same for any Member who has changed Classification or Status - you keep the weeks you had bid but now can bid on the quarterly bids in you current Classification or Status.
