Ramp crack down on late Learning Hub lessons……be aware that the Management has begun to issue discipline to Members who are late getting lessons completed. The Company has been posting reminders to complete lessons and these notices only strengthen their discipline position, they have warned and reminded.

Please check your Learning Hub once a week, maybe on your Monday when you come into to work. Learning Hub can also be accessed from your home computer, laptop, or other device. 

The new Contract provides for time during your shift to complete lessons and also provides that you will be compensated at the applicable rate for completing lessons before or after your shift. Remember to be paid outside your shift time the lessons need to be completed at work on a Company computer.

D. The Company will schedule employees to attend training programs during their normal shift when it is operationally possible. When not operationally possible, employees will be compensated at the applicable rate for any training.  

1. Employees will be allowed sufficient time during regular work hours to accomplish web based training. If not operationally possible, the employee will be compensated for hours completing any web based training at the applicable rate.

Stay current, and if you are having difficulty keeping up see a Ramp Trainer and ask for assistance. Also, you can talk with a CSM before the lessons are late and explain any special circumstances which may prevent you from completing lessons on time.
