Fleet Service Agents and Crew Chiefs there will be make-up OSHA hearing exams coming soon !
Management has just posted the attached notice of required OSHA hearing exams for Fleet. Below is the information and attached is the schedule with names. I have notified Management that this is too short of notice for us to held accountable for taking the exam. Management has also been notified that they may need to provide transportation to Super Bay parking lot for folks who do not drive cars to work. I have inquired as to when make-up exams for this "make-up" exam will be......no response on that yet.
If your name is on the list and you are unable to take the test that day, please notifiy a member of Management.

Wednesday October 21, 2020 - 1700-2000; 2030-2400
Thursday October 22, 2020 - 1130-1430; 1500-1830
YOU WILL BE PAID FOR THIS TRAINING EITHER ON OR OFF SHIFT
Contractual notice of 7 days was not given for this training - if you cannot make the training and are later approached by Management - notify a Shop Steward or Chairperson before meeting with any CSM.
