The NMB scheduled negotiations between the Association and American Airlines and then canceled. No new dates have been scheduled, remember we can still negotiate without the NMB’s direction to do so.
This delay only reinforces the Company’s strategy of dragging out the negotiations in the hopes that we will settle for their concessionary proposals. The attached update notes some of the discrepancies between the parties and raises the matter of the role that the TRO plays in the NMB’s cancellation of dates.
