The Federal Judge that is invovled in the injunction filed earlier this month now has also issued a TRO (temporary restraining order) against the TWU, IAM, and the Association. Part of that TRO requires each Local provide their Membership with the information attached here, please consider this as your notice. Additionally, all these materials have been posted in all Union Boards at base, and copies are on all breakroom tables.
