Re: TWU Voluntary Benefits (TWU VOL)
Many of you have purchased additional benefits that the TWU are available through Union Benefits Planners. The Benefit Committee has developed a way for you to understand and access which products you have purchased that fall into the TWU VOL line you see on your pay stub.
The TWU VOL line reflects the total amount being withheld from your check for all products purchased. LTD has its own line on your check and is not included in the TWU VOL amount. The reason that these deductions are listed separate is because the Company’s pay stub has a limited number of lines, so LTD has its own line and all other Union Benefits Planners products are combined and show on the TWU VOL line.
The new website will allow you to view your coverage(s). You will have access to links to the polices and forms for the products. LTD is included here for policy and forms. This site is secure so there are no worries regarding privacy, only you have access to your information.

Visit: twuaaunionbenefits.com
Click on “Account Sign-In”: your username is your Employee Number and for the first time only your default password is also your Employee Number (you will be prompted to create new password after initial sign-in).
From Home Page click on “Your Benefits”: here you will see listed each product and the cost. Additionally, you can download the policy and necessary forms to open a claim.
Important: If you add an email address under “Account Settings”, you will be able to reset a lost password on your own. Otherwise you will need to call: 866.386.6060.
